The design plan is the final step in the planning process. Should your design plan require a bit more work, please complete and return the design plan questionnaire per the instruction to follow.
Please complete the design plan questionnaire within 7 business days. If it is not completed in this time, we will assume you have moved forward with the proposed design plan as-is and follow up with the final amount due by email.
